Visited Bendigo bank mundaring this morning. Staff were exceptionally helpful.and knowledgeable. The issue u was sorted to perfection. We changed from another bank about 18 months ago and every interaction with Mundaring staff has been of the same exceptionally high standard. We are glad we changed and treasure the opportunity to talk face-to-face with a real person. Thanks for the great service

When bendigo mundaring first opened there service was nothing short of fantastic.
There staff as a whole are generally great to deal with and genuinely apologetic about any shortfall of service
But there system management needs seriously review .
I'm seriously thinking about shifting all my business and personal accounts
You ring they don't answer the phone just message bank saying we can't take you call atm but we will call you back.
It should say we never answer the phone and we may ring you back
And some accounts incredibly slow to set up

It was okay at some time way back when they first opened. Now they have taken money from my account without any notification until after I phoned them to justify, that risked insufficient funds for my mortgage. Since then they have placed 2 or it's looking like 3 blocks on my card citing 'unusual transactions' in under a week for absolutely NO REASON! However, when I used the feature 'pay anyone' and transferred $5,000 they did not even bat an eyelid? Go figure and good luck.

Have tried twice to go in to branch to open a new account, the ladies on counter only want to count money. Told to make an appointment - that's not an option. I could understand if the branch was busy..but it was empty and all staff where just standing about...What a joke!! You have lost me, and will be making sure my friends, family and fellow Mundaring community are well aware of the experience I had...Very disappointing!! 😞

This has to be the most frustrating bank and all they can say it, you need to visit a branch to have your password reset. Who has time to do that? And the local branch cannot even return calls when you leave a message.

Incredible customer service. Set up 2 accounts for teenage lads and didn't even make an appointment. We went in with the intention of booking a time, but they weren't busy. Incredible!!

I have been with Bendigo Bank in Mundaring since the day they opened and have always had excellent service from management and staff. Having suffered tragedy in recent years I have always received kindness and friendly service from all employees at this branch. Nothing is too much trouble and I always know I can call on them for support with any issues relating to my banking needs.
