$2.50 to withdraw cash. Unbelievably, this makes it the most competitive cash point on North Perth high street! What a state of affairs that we are in, when banks not only charge you to store your money in them, but also to take it back out. It’s not like they make any interest on the cash you store with them to be fair, and most bankers I’ve known have been pretty badly off. So probably they need the extra pennies….

Amazing customer service. My issue was resolved and I had such a lovely interaction with the staff member I dealt with. It was quite complex and she showed a high level of knowledge and compassion. I never felt rushed even though it was quite a time consuming process. Highly recommended!

Their service is worse than Cba. I went to transfer $500 to my friend, but their manager said they have a new policy that I can't make this transfer, And I never find this policy in there website or brunch before. He explained that the new policy just coming out today. After one week, I still can't find the policy, and they never show me this policy. Maybe the manager believe what his oral speaking is bendigo policy. Even though I am not a native English speaker, I still can fully understand his words. Terrible service in bendigo north Perth. Never go there again and never choose bendigo again.

I opened my bank account with Bendigo when the local branch opened in 2001 (or rather my mum opened it for me as I was 12 at the time). Wouldn't even consider another bank. In 15 years I've never once waited in a queue and never had bad service of any kind.

When something was going to take a little longer than expected in the branch, they took my mobile number and just called me later in the day to keep me up to date.

My debit card number was phished online once, and I would't have even realised, except the bank flagged possible fraudulent activity on my account, called me immediately, cancelled the card, sent me a new one and returned the stolen money to me within a few days. While this could have been an ordeal, the only thing I had to do was visit my local branch once to fill in one form.

An LCL ATM in France also debited my account once without giving me cash as I was withdrawing money from my Bendigo account. Again, it was just a simple matter of emailing Bendigo and they had the money back in my account almost immediately.

On top of their fantastic service, they are also a bank who invest in small businesses and the communities where they operate, rather than large destructive industries such as mining and resource exploitation.

I look forward to another 15 years of banking with Bendigo.

Closed my accounts with the big banks a couple of years ago. Have never looked back. Bendigo is such a good bank. Always fantastic, helpful and plentiful staff.
