If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ordered and paid for a stick rake. Sent precise measurements with photo’s. On arrival it didn’t fit. Their son on the phone was very rude and told his father “Not our problem. Just dump it there and leave”. Which they did after telling us to “grind it off a bit & we will look after you next time you order”. Because it needed a good amount to be ground off on either side, we had to pay extra $700, to get it sorted ourselves. NOW out of the blue, 8+ months later & after I accidentally sent them an email meant for someone else, they inform us that the invoice we paid was the wrong invoice and we owe them another $600. BUT WAIT… they will now take off $200 for it not fitting our tractor.
Definitely do NOT recommend this company. Save money and headaches by going elsewhere
