The team here are absolutely wonderful! I had to buy a gift voucher for my sister and I couldn’t get the cart to work I live messaged them had someone respond super quickly, make a me new cart on there end, send me the link, paid for it and done! Fast, and most easy customer service ever! Never shopped here myself but absolutely will be now.

I’ve ordered some stuff off of here a few tomes and I can guarantee that you’ll have amazing customer service, should anything go wrong. I often make the same mistake of auto filling my information through Shop but I’ll be ordering for a long distance friend. Made that mistake like a week ago and reached out to them immediately. They were super patient, i forgot to check the y I messaged them thru (sorry 😭) and they were still so kind and got on it right away. Products have also been pretty good! Not always perfect but not reliably janky. Delivery is honestly quite speedy too as it’s within the home country

I’ve been shopping at Beserk for years and just love the store. The staff are always super friendly and they are so fast at preparing orders. Inclusive sizing, excellent range and always great service. I love that they’re branching out into offering more sailor moon, sanrio and san-x merch too!

I’m so anxious to buy from the beserk brand I’ve heard very bad things…but also really good things! I believe everyone in the Beserk industry puts in so much effort into making sure customers are satisfied with what they get no matter how long it takes to deliver…gothic fashion is honestly my favourite and I enjoy spending time scrolling through the website…I do wish it was a walk through store that would be amazing! I believe that it would be a good industrial change in the company and get much more popular with Brisbane citizens…dear owner of Berserk I strongly suggest making beserk an open walk through shop! Who knows? The benefits could be outstanding! It is a pleasure to be writing to you and I hope one day I can become part of the beserk company! Lots of love from Your biggest fan 🙂

Confusing process that wasn't explained over a phone call and then when visiting there other staff member didn't know they had the product I was after. Then the product was pretty different to what I wanted but I was tight for time when I visited so it was a impulse purchase influenced by wanting the customer service experience to end. At least they can learn from it.

* Edit 21/10 * my complaint has been misunderstood in a couple of areas. I've spent all the effort I want to use on this matter. Thank you.

If I could give them -1000 I would scam company spent thousands there and service has become pathetic incapable and slow I’d say from being drop shipped from a sweat shop got emails from robb as 11 Dec was “apparently sent” still not here explained I was going away would be home and needed it for Christmas ( post delayed in qld due to Christmas and other issues) promised the world received zilch come to today 17 th Dec I was trying to work out when my parcel came as have cameras but on site at work realised even though I had ticked leave in safe place no sign ect that not only was it awaiting collection but no notification and going back tomorrow
Rob’s solution send it again really ! Honestly ! Are people really that slow express post took me 3 weeks 4weeks ago as there are mail issues christmas extra busy and post issues and he comes up with this heaven help the world if this is what is running businesses
But can’t even send all of order coz they run out of stock what a stupid fool to say oh yeah we will just send that later is this guy a crack head honestly if I wanted it in jan would I not have ordered it then if you didn’t screw up I’d have it now why the hell should I be inconvenience for your screw up
Anyway paying $300 to neighbour to collect and hopefully won’t get stuffed around
Contacting accc, putting reviews up sharing on socials to get word out do not use this dodgy business please share this far and wide as this company nearly left my child presentless on chistmas as no shops out here no time for on line and of course home 8.00 pm Christmas Eve will share Rob’s pretending to act but isnt Capable of running a free ice cream stand at a kids school do not do business with dodge company

Excellent store with an amazing range of items. Prices are not cheap, but the quality is high, customer service is great and the turnaround is fast (especially for collection orders).
