I still have not received the product I ordered in Nov of 2024, so I can't comment as to the quality. But I can certainly say that I have been unimpressed with the service. The communication between the showroom and the builders, delivery service and customers are all flawed. They need to look at their processes and do a better job at communication. I have had my order misplaced, after being told that it wasn't ready by Christmas (which was not promised so I wasn't expecting it) because the fabric didn't arrive in time and the builders close over xmas. Okay fair enough. It will be completed beginning of Feb. This comes around - no word from the showroom/customer service. We call them, they lost our order, or the builders did - not very clear. Finally, its ready, they call to arrange delivery. Date set to Tues 25/2 - I've arranged to leave work early (unpaid) to get home for the 1pm onwards window. I call them the day before to see if they can narrow down the time. I'm informed that someone will contact me tonight or tomorrow morning. I get a txt msg to confirm delivery will be in-between 1-3pm. Tuesday comes and they call at 10:50am and attempt to deliver. Now delivery will no longer be possible today and I have to arrange for another date. Safe to say I'm so disappointed with the service at this company and will not be ordering anything again in future nor recommending them.

Person and great to deal with. Their furniture is every bit quality the Marri products actually all their product is exemplary, top class, and the staff make it a very pleasurable experience. We will always continue to support WA crafted products and this boutique store.

Our apartment is now a home thanks to beautiful Bespoke pieces of furniture. We have a lovely Marri coffee table, TV unit, dining table, display shelf and floating cupboard and shelf! We love shopping at Bespoke! Take my money! 🥰

Bespoke Furniture were great. From making the decision, to ordering and to the delivery. Even when the table legs were different to what we recall ordering, they gave us the benefit of the doubt and replaced then for us. All conveniently done at our home! Thanks!!

Such a wonderful experience with Bespoke Furniture Gallery! Our Napier King Bedframe is wonderfully made and looks stunning with the natural edge.

Customer service was top notch too - we had minor damage occur during delivery and within hours of me letting them know they were in touch and had come out to fix it up and it looks perfect - their craftsmanship is next level :D.

I cannot recommend Bespoke and Letitia highly enough - from the moment we walked into the store, Letitia was so welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about furniture, it gave us great comfort in being able to make the right furniture choices for our home. Bespoke have done an great job making our table and bench. They helped us with design, happily offering to change the base on the table we liked and then custom made a bench seat to match and they both look amazing!! Excellent furniture made locally. Just got our dining table and chairs and couldn't be happier. On the pricier side of things but its warranted with the quality you get, the table will last forever and hold its value.

Special mention to the delivery guys too, they were very careful and managed to get it in without a mark which I'm very impressed at because the table is massive.
