THIS REVIEW IS NOT ON BETTA BUT TCL'S SERVICE

TCL REQUESTED A PHOTO OR VIDEO OF THE ISSUE - I SENT THIS RESPONSE:

This is not possible at the moment as the fridge is working – it is an intermittent problem where the control panel and interior light do not display.

I was instructed by Bette Yeppoon when it first happened (about a week after purchase) to turn off fridge and turn back on after 10 mins. Betta indicated the control panel should reactivate after a period of time.

The next time it happened I left it to reset overnight everything in the fridge froze and it did not reactivate. I then turned off the power and 10 mins later I turned it back on and the fridge / freezer activated.

THEY HAVE SINCE REQUESTED A PHOTO OR VIDEO OR THE CLAIM WILL NOT PROCEED. IT WOULD APPEAR COMMON SENSE DOES NOT EXIST.

Betta have approached TCL and I have since been advised the Fridge will be replaced. Thank You Chris from Betta.

I needed to arrange a replacement TV for a unit we have in Yeppoon. It was very easy to choose from the website, call and arrange for the real estate agent to pick up . Wade was very helpful, polite and efficient. Overall a very smooth and quick transaction. Would definitely do business with this store again.

I bought a Samsung Microwave to replace the Samsung that I had for 10 years. The next day there was an issue that required replacement. I rang Chris who was ever so helpful and got me to return for replacement without having to go through the drama of returning to supplier. In addition that model was on special the next day to which Chris refunded me the difference. Excellent work to Chris and the team at Yeppoon. I will definitely be making Yeppoon Betta Electrical my one stop shop for appliances from now on. Cheers
