I have just collected a Specialized Levo SL eMTB from Andy and Chris today. I can't speak highly enough of the experience, from start to finish. These guys are ...bicycle riders...themselves! Communication is excellent and prompt. The deal was unbeatable. The handover was patient and comprehensive. The Bicycle Riders crew have been looking after me and my (too?) many bikes for a decade, and it has been 5 stars every time. By all means do your research online, but when it's time to buy, support your LBS. There is no better LBS than Bicycle Riders Morningside.

If you are looking for a good price for bikes and exceptional service, look no further. Here it is, Bicycle Riders. I bought the latest Specialized Venge 2019 from Bicycle Riders and the service (from enquiring to customising setup, from built to purchase and finally pick up) was impeccable and second to none. I must admit, I can be one of the biggest pain in the neck customer. If there is a Most Painful Customer To Deal With, I’ll be the champion of it! However, all the staff at Bicycle Riders, especially Chris Donnelly’s service was just unquestionable best of the best. He is patience, thorough, knowledgeable and a great communicator. His many years of experience in the bike industry had helped me greatly with all my “pain in the a$$” questions.

Last weekend we turned up as they opened hoping they could help with my hand me down bike for my youngest to learn to ride - the lovely gentleman took 45mins out of his morning to look at it, repair and then ultimately replace one of the tyres - just so my littlest could learn to ride that day! Amazing service, and such a wonderful heart to help us out. Could not recommend more!
