After placing an order for the first time for morning delivery, then placing a second order for the afternoon delivery, then being told that it was easier for Bidfood to deliver both in the afternoon, a customer left a comment on Facebook page about not having that product available, replying to the customer of mine as to why I don't have the product they wished to order, explaining Bidfood had not delivered it yet, after speaking the truth on Facebook Bidfood chose the best coarse of action was to cancel my account and not deliver my current orders even though I was in hundreds of dollars in credit? After 26 years of dealing with Bidfood back when it was Bidvest Hervey bay branch is the worst I've ever dealt with Australia wide. Please replace the poor management team responsible for the poor decisions made by them. Everyone is entitled to an opinion regardless.
