Absolutely fantastic to deal with.. staff are super friendly and very helpful... Margaret runs an excellent front office.

Absolutely no regard for anyone who have not been there before. Signage used is useless for inbound delivery. Before having a go at drivers for not doing what you hope them to do. Actually put signs up that says it exactly. You have a sign for dispatch to see office. What about inbound?

Hadn't been there before, looked at all signs, saw sign delivery on 7+8 no other trucks in the yard, sat and did paperwork for 5mins reversed on dock. No one lets you know that you're meant to go to the office first, so when you get to the office your greated with a completey rude arrogant dock controller. Rejected the delivery. Because I didn't go to the office first.

The fact that the process is not clear isn't the issue, it's the attitude you cop if you don't follow the process REGARDLESS of if you know or not.

You want to be like that, at the very least put proper signs up so people understand.
Not going to be in a rush to deliver it tomorrow as per your request. Might just miss the 1:30 cut off too oops. Fix the attitude!

Doing a delivery here can be annoying.. especially your first visit. No signage to tell you what do do or where to go.. it's guess work.
Eventually you will be looked upon lije you deliberately did the wrong thing. Which makes you feel stupid and unwelcome.
