My refrigerator door couldn’t close properly, so I ordered a replacement part about a month ago. I was very happy when I received it, thinking it would solve the problem. However, when I tried to install it, I realized that the part was in the wrong orientation. What should I do? Order number :1288755 “Three weeks ago, I visited your store, explained my situation, and left my parts with you. I was told I would be contacted by email once the parts I need become available.”

Have a Samsung fridge, the ice maker/ice tray was faulty and had a crack in it.

After searching for a couple of minutes, I found the part number online, searched the part stockists and voilà “Big Warehouse” came up.

Ordered from Brisbane (regional) on Thursday morning- arrived by AusPost Courier on Monday morning.

My 14 year old son and I fitted it without any concerns within about 10 minutes. Access to the plug needed a couple of extra screws to be removed, but was a plug n play job.

Order a part in December 2024 and arrived in May 2025. No conversation from their end, I followed up and always just got it is coming. I already had written off my money when I got an email from the Post tracking service. While the product is fine, there is no customer service at all. Very disappointing.

I had a delivery stolen and the customer service team were very understanding and assisted with sending a replacement.
Big Warehouse Spares have parts and accessories for my kitchen appliances that I can't find anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable with free and quick delivery. I can now say excellent customer service now to top it all off!

SCAM ALERT
I ordered a part for my coffee machine, website said it was in stock, 1 to 2 week delivery time, within 24 hours of ordering and paying for the item, I get an email with expected delivery to be in 5 months time due to not being in stock, says to call them to cancel for refund , but there is no phone number, just a chat bot with no way to cancel and no help. Going to lodge complaint with ACCC. They have already been fined for this same practice by the ACCC back in 2019. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Giving 2 stars, because 2 of the 3 parts we ordered were great. But the 3rd part was the wrong size. I filled in their website contact form and advised, order number, part number and requested them to send the correct part over a week ago, but I've heard nothing back - not even an acknowledgement of my contact form! Disappointing - now I'm stuck with a part that doesn't fit.

Beware,...I ordered a shelf for my fridge by phone , paid for the part and cost of delivery, and 6 weeks passed, i rang and was told they would keep me updated, 12 weeks passed and of course there was no update in the 12 weeks, I phoned again and a man answered and told me it would be more expensive, and after i told him i have already paid, his response was "Its in the terms and conditions on our website" As you order by phone you don't see any terms and conditions, and that's all he kept saying. so I cancelled the order. How many people would get caught by this. You normally see this sort of thing from China or India, but not from Australians to other Australians. Read the reviews on this company, Skyla was great on the phone, and she assured me it wasn't a scam, I did receive a refund after saying i would take it further.
