What moving and heartbreaking stories from some of the local Noongar people. And also what amazing knowledge and understanding of the natural world and how to live in and with it. A highly developed culture to survive in such an environment.

Visiting this beautifully designed building is an opportunity to better understand Nyoongar culture, family stories and the surrounding environment. Every community should have one of these! Really enjoyed the use of Nyoongar seasons to underpin interpretation of cultural information, including Elder's stories. Important historical information is sensitively and truthfully communicated. Absolutely worth a visit.
