We purchased a vacuum cleaner from Bing Lee Hornsby, and it unexpectedly stopped working. When we took it back to the store, the staff went above and beyond to address the issue and get it fixed. Their helpfulness and dedication were truly appreciated. Excellent service and a fantastic store – highly recommended!

Recently took the plunge and replaced virtually all of our old and faulty appliances.

Bought fridge, washer and dryer from Bing Lee Hornsby in store, as well as other things like an air fryer.

The sales staff are excellent. There’s plenty of choice and they explain the features of each item.

Finally, the delivery guys are excellent. Friendly, and they let you know when they are on their way.

I was in need of a new iron with a higher steam output than my previous and looked around Westfield Hornsby and Wow! Bing lees price was $15 cheaper than the same iron from JB Hi-Fi.

Got excellent service too, Christian gave me the rundown of all the different options, brands and specs to help me find the best iron for my use case.

The Iron works so much better than my old iron. It heats up faster, irons flatter and faster.

We got a new glass door fridge, 670L hitachi from bing lee hornsby. From start to finish it was easy, affordable and fast. Our salesman Terence kept in contact through the whole process and was prompt and professional with all communication.
