Vish and the team at BIPS Automotive were absolutely incredible in diagnosing and fixing our VW Polo with an Automatic Gearbox fault.
It started skipping gears and not going into Reverse gear. On removing and opening the Gearbox they found a busted Gear fork bearing and a small rod with which nobody in Australia could advise where this rod came from. On expert inspection by them they discovered that it had forced itself out from the Differential assembly and shot thru into the gearbox casing. A one in a million event that no one had ever seen before. They allowed me to source a replacement and they had it installed in no time at all. The car runs better than it ever did and I cannot praise them enough.

Great customer service. Cheaper than I expected and they are going to look at a few things that need work and quote costs for me.
They give you a folder with your receipts and report that even has photos of areas that will need looking at in future. Like CV boots starting to perish on my car.
They waited for me to get back to pick up my car after my backup transport (electric scooter) overheated and went into limp mode halfway back to their shop.
They even said next time they might be able to organise a courtesy car.
Very understanding and kind staff.
The only bummer is they don't take Afterpay.
I will take my little Suzuki back there for work in the future.

Enjoyed my experience at Bips Auto Service Center! Super-friendly staff. Very informative vehicle report, which they take the time to talk you through. I have been taking my vehicle there for over 7 years and in that time I found them to be professional, helpful, and at a reasonable price. Will definitely come back.
