We had the best time at Black Duck Studio! The whole experience was so easy, fun and unique. The studio, setup and equipment were all top notch, the customer service was outstanding, the location was ideal, and the ease of booking and making payments through a personalised link was a welcome relief and a really nice touch.

Eliza, our host, was amazing. She managed our group exceptionally well and made the experience exactly what we wanted. From the minute I walked in, she was friendly, relaxed, fun, easy to chat with and so very helpful. She made the workshop really entertaining and productive and interacted with us in the best possible way. She gave us excellent guidance and instruction, as well as space to enjoy ourselves while also paying close attention to us and ensuring we were happy with our handy work. Eliza demonstrated her skills and professionalism as an artist and a host, making us feel beyond thankful that we were in the most capable hands. She also subtly kept us on schedule—a hard task with our group! I could rave about Eliza for hours…

I can't thank Black Duck Studio enough for being part of Kirsten's hens and making my life so much easier as her maid of honour. It really is much appreciated and we’re very keen to come to another workshop at Black Duck Studio in the future ?

Black Duck Studio's classes for high schoolers are fantastic. The teacher is really supportive and knowledgeable. There is no pressure - kids can follow their own interests or do prescribed activities if they are more comfortable with that. They have created a really lovely and welcoming place, especially for creative introverts!

My daughter has had the best term at Black Duck Ceramics. She's loved it so much she's signing up again. Black Duck Ceramics gives children lots of experiences playing with clay in multiple ways.

My daughter (11) LOVED attending the after school pottery class at Black Duck Studio. We were greeted warmly and felt right at home in the studio. On road parking made it easier for drop off/pick up and there is a big playground park near the beach down the road which was very convenient to entertain the sibling in tow. Great work and I am looking forward to seeing her make new friends and to see her creations from class.

What a wonderful experience, we had three generations with us on our day. Eliza & Bali were such wonderful hosts, they obviously know their craft, they shared their knowledge with us and most importantly they had a lot of time for our 5 year old. Thank you Black Duck Ceramics we will come again. 🙂
