Not unlike most businesses they have their challenges and challenging staff but there are enough avenues to get orders in and delivered and bypass the problematic staff.

I would recommend using Blayney Foods as when compared with other suppliers they stack up just fine and its supporting a smaller country business.

I have had the WORST experience.
Firstly trying to get a stock list of a certain product took over a week and 2 reminder emails,
Once I put my order in, no one replied, after another follow up I was told my order will be delivered the coming Friday, well on the Friday no order came, after contacting someone to see what was happening I was told they didn’t know of a time,
Well on Saturday after my order didn’t arrive Friday I heard a knock on my door, it was finally my order but then was told I needed cash then and there No one told be I needed cash. Because I had no cash they had to take it back and said they’d be here on Tuesday.
On Tuesday no one showed up.
On Wednesday, they arrived (with zero communication again that they would be a day late) finally with my order.
Once taking it inside one of the boxes was soaked in oil on a side I didn’t see, 2 of the products inside were broke and spilt everywhere.
I then noticed half my stuff was missing and since then I’ve struggled to get a solution from someone over email, I called the number and spoke with rude people after rude people who spoke to me like I was dumb. There was one lady who was nice and wanted to help me set up a proper account which is what I assume should of been offered in the first place since I’m a small busses but I had to decline because I cannot risk being messed around anymore. I’ve had to contact the original makers of the products that I am trying to get to see if they can do anything for me, they helped me out straight away and are making an exception to supply me directly from now on after I explained what was happening.
All I’m wanting now is my money back for the damaged and missing items.

Would absolutely not recommend anyone going through these people, I’m a small business that’s just started and this has caused me to turn customers away and forced to pay retail prices which has made me loose money at the end of the day.

I get wholesale from other local places and haven’t had a single issue.

Stuck behind a Blayney wholesale foods pantech truck sitting in the right lane all the way through Bathurst today (8th June 22). With plenty of opportunities to move over into the left lane but still refused.
Not sure if lazy, uneducated or inconsiderate but unfortunately I'm leaving this review...

How you could not give these guys a 10 star, especially Brett and Vince they went way out of their way, even on the weekend to help me out at an event. There customer service is like no other, wish there was more of them, it would help a lot of businesses. Not all about money all the time. Highly recommended thanks guys again.

One of the worst run businesses we have to deal with. Constant out of stocks, don't suggest alternative pack sizes and overall don't care. We rely on a core range of ingredients/inputs for our dishes and they just don't get it. When you challenge them they shrug their shoulders. Sales rep tries really hard but when their ordering processes and systems are broken there isn't much she can do. Systemic cultural issues

Person driving your truck to BWS Lithgow at 11:54am on the 20/5/23 through a car parking lot, driving down the wrong side, cutting cars off, nearly hitting pedestrians and at a fast speed, you've got a very dangerous driver there that has no care for anyone.
