I would highly recommend Blue Ribbon Motors. They are a family-run business and incredibly trustworthy.

I recently purchased an Outlander from them, and the experience was outstanding. Jason, from the sales team, was amazing—extremely helpful and not at all pushy. The entire process of transitioning ownership was smooth and hassle-free.

Shortly after, I took the car on a road trip to Melbourne for Christmas. During the trip, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning. The Service Team, particularly Dion, was fantastic, maintaining excellent communication and promptly resolving the issue without any trouble.

My entire family is so impressed with this dealership that several members have already said they'll be purchasing their next car from Blue Ribbon Motors.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. A big well done to Blue Ribbon Motors and their wonderful team! I look forward to a long relationship with them while I own this car—and for the next one too.

Very poor customer service from the Mitsubishi service team. Have been left in the dark for nearly 6 months waiting for replacement parts only to be told its still with the warranty team who have never been in touch with us. Never return phone calls despite numerous follow ups just the good old "we'll get back to you" which they never do. Parts obviously not ordered despite the quoted 10 week lead time.

Andrew H, from the start of looking for a new vehicle (November 2023) he was super helpful and friendly with a great knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at. Patience on both parties since delivery was not expected until Feb/March.

Communication of updates of delivery was prompt. Even adding accessories to the contract was not an issue.

Emma went above and beyond explaining everything in detail and I truly appreciate her assistance and how she makes the customer feel valued. I explained to her how I worked full time and couldn't return the car on a Friday and she told me I could drop it off early Saturday morning. When she called me on Friday, she explained every really well answered any questions I had and I was just overall happy with how she interacted. Very professional.
There is another lady there that answers the phone sometimes who I am not a big fan of her tone on the phone. Maybe its just how she speaks to people. I always wish I get someone else when I call but twice now it's been this lady starting with Z. Talking to her made me feel like writing a appreciation post here for Emma. Thank you Emma. I hope you are still working there when I come for my next service. I bought my car here and have been servicing for years. Thanks Emma and team. Appreciate your work.
