Top Service, Top product. I sent BLV a design for a 1m custom marine grade (316) stainless steel cowling to be fabricated to cover an exposed extractor vent high on an apartment building side wall. I received a prompt , detailed and courteous response, and a very reasonable price was quoted. No other company came close to BLV's quick response time or price.
BLV could not have been more helpful. After some to-and-fro discussion on some technical details, my perfectly welded and powder-coated cowling was delivered in a thick protective packaging, only a week or so after the order was placed. I was absolutely delighted with the result.
There is no detail of BLV's service which could be faulted, and I would certainly have no hesitation in using BLV's again. Their high level of efficiency is rarely encountered. Thanks Belinda.
