My experience at this company has been profoundly disappointing. The hazardous, uneven floors present not only a physical risk but also reflect a broader disregard for employee safety and well-being. I personally encountered racism during my time there to a degree, yet I felt compelled to suppress my feelings in order to maintain my livelihood.
The workplace culture is steeped in politics, where colleagues are all too willing to cast each other aside to advance their own interests. Supervisors exhibit a troubling lack of accountability and commitment to their responsibilities.
In hindsight, I'm grateful to have been released from this toxic environment. I was prepared to endure countless challenges for the sake of my loved ones, but I urge you not to squander your time and potential here as I did. Consider pursuing a trade that offers fulfillment and respect. Choose wisely for your future.

Not a great experience, factory / working conditions. Wood boards stacked up is a calamity waiting to happen. It’s like stepping back into the 1980’s in there.

Positive: don’t have to drive to Sydney for work if you can put up with a ️
