Lower prices than the supermarkets, with good quailty.

Really enjoying the meat from Borello Beef, especially the mince - it is perfect, not too fatty, right consistency 👌 honey soy chicken wings are a hit with the kids. Most recently we had the 30 day aged beef and it was divine. One happy customer!

I used to swear by Borrello for all my private kills. The last few times have left me with a massive unvalued feeling. 1 of these times my meat was sent to the wrong butcher after which i was advised a week after when i was trying to track down my meat that they no longer deliver to my butcher and it took an aditional few days for delivery. On my most recent occasion everything went smoothly, I waited about 30 mins for the yards to be ready for my unload which is no issue. I received the invoice the next day which was much higher than the previous beast i had done. I paid this and received an additional invoice 2 days later for a higher amount, I quearied and was told i should not have received the first one.
Another occasion Ive collected sheep carcasses due to butcher delivery restrictions, the initial invoice included fuel and delivery fees.
Aside from this, there is a charge of $10 to retain the offal pack, yet only $4 is returned not too retain it.
Since I have researched others to find they are half the price and more flexible.
As I started with, this used to be a great service which is why Ive kept going back, but of late things have greatly changed somehow and customer relations only seem to be valued in their retail facility.

bought some thick beef sausages from iga... they were ok...went looking for the same thing later and all they had were thin bbq sausages...absolutely zero taste, hard and stiff like logs of wood, how could they be so bland, when they should be similar ingrediants...tomato sauce could not resurrect them
