Banh-Mi was Amazing, with roast crispy pork crackling, pate, fresh coriander, the baguette made it even better, baked fresh, superb! What a little local gem of a local bakery.
Also brought their award winning sour dough bread, haven’t tried it yet, but it came fresh out of the oven and smells so good.

I decided to try this after not being able to get a banh mi in Tugan and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was- phenomenall and definitely a hidden gem on the Gold Coast. They seem to sell alot of different bakery products, cakes, pastries, pies, bread, rolls, mini banh mi and large banh mi, my 2 were roast pork and chicken, both had quality ingredients and ample filling ? nice and toasted, definitely recommend and worth the drive from anywhere on the Gold Coast ?

I’ve already been to Boulangerie Vietnam twice the past week, and I can confidently say it’s a new favorite of mine. I had their large Banh Mi, and it was incredibly pleasant. Everything was fresh, from the soft yet crunchy bread to the generous amount of protein. The chili had a nice kick to it, adding the perfect amount of spice.

I also ordered pork rice paper rolls, which were made fresh to order, with the pork still hot. Paired with their homemade Hoisin sauce, the combination was simply delicious. No wonder I found myself coming back for more!

Attached is a photo of my meal, which looks as beautiful and appetizing as it tastes. Highly recommend giving Boulangerie Vietnam a visit!

Banh mi flavor was good, I don’t know if it was because it was a Sunday and it was pre made. They toasted roll which was excellent but the pork belly was cold. If they toasted the roll and the pork was hot it would be one of the better banh mi around

My husband, friends, and I buy delicious chicken or ham and salad bread rolls from here at least once a week and have done for over six months.
Their rolls are packed full of the freshest ingredients, and I challenge anyone to find better anywhere.
The only problem with the rolls is trying to get your mouth around them ? They also have the best vanilla slices. I hope this bakery is here forever.
