Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with..after spending over $30,000
with Bradnams and many emails back and forth over the last 5 years
nothing was resolved..
I have glass that cannot be cleaned..I've been told over and over again that there's nothing wrong with it..I'm not too sure about how they would know because in all that time nobody from Bradnams has had the decency to come to my home and have a look at my problem..the last time we built Stegbar provided our windows and doors I'm so sorry we didn't choose them again..the pic shows just one set of louvres that can't be cleaned..

These images are of their showroom. Gives you an idea of doors and windows they do. Buy to be honest it's all a bit overwhelming and a bit generic too. It is all practical stuff when building and renovating a house i guess.
Customer service was nice as well.

I didn’t end up using the team for the issue I was having, but Brendan was incredibly helpful while meeting me at the front desk regardless. He was friendly, providing me with multiple solutions and suggestions, and was every bit the professional in not making me feel silly or uneducated in asking my questions. Absolutely no communication on day of delivery! Cost us money as we had tradesmen on job waiting. Finally delivered gate mid afternoon, still without communication. AND… entered private property without permission doing it! Will be pressing charges. Company service is a joke.
