Terrible customer service, the younger staff seemed adequate, the senior shop assistants were less than helpful, telling me my Eletronic script was not valid, because of this I could not purchase my important medication, then I waited for a different prescription that was valid - I pay by cash, and not hearing clearly the mumbled shop assistant priced, they watched as I counted out the money onto the counter, only to then be told it was the wrong amount they had said $16 dollars but I thought through their mumble they said it was $65. I went to another pharmacy the next day, as I was starting to get anxious due to thinking something was wrong with my repeat prescription and if not available it is a really long wait to get an appointment with my treating doctor. Other pharmacy had very helpful counter staff and pharmacist, No problem with electronic script. I will not be coming back to Brassall pharmacy and be made to feel incompetent by their very rude old lady staff. -

Made to feel like crap for the meds I take, and told that my doctor was wrong for the approach she’s taking for my issues. I’m used to the ladies there being a bit standoffish but that doesn’t bother me, the male pharmacist who made me feel absolutely unworthy. It doesn’t matter what my treatment is or what meds I’m prescribed, you do not have the right to make me feel so awful that I cry in the car at the end of my experience. Safe to say I would now rather go anywhere else.

The pharmacists here are very helpful and always friendly. Some people in the area suggest various discount pharmacies for price however I have known this pharmacy to charge the RRP on many of the medications I am prescribed. One of them is $50 cheaper here than it is at any other Chemist in the area. Thanks Brassall Pharmacy 🙂

The Brassall pharmacy has the most professional, friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered in a chemist. They can never do enough for their customers from scripts to Aspirin the service is fantastic.

A couple of the ladies at the counter are really patronizing when you're trying to get advice from them about over the counter medications. They make you feel really dumb for asking questions and vibe off of belittling you it feels. There's also plenty of wonderful ladies but those couple really make me hate having to go here for anything.

?How heartbreaking to see negative posts I realise there are a lot of customers that have no patience and bad attitudes I have witnessed this over 26years .I love ❤️ this pharmacy and the staff they do their utmost to help me with whatever my problems I have they are like family to me .please give them a chance we all have good and bad days I wouldn't change places with them it's a demanding task to keep all the people happy all of the time ?

I personally have given them a 4 star as I've came Here a number of times( my client lives in Brassall area) but today the outstanding customer service we personally received from a staff member there called leeanne was friendly and very helpful and pleasant ? ? and the pharmacists lady was lovely and helpful to .
Thank you lovely ladies.for your helpful advice I personally felt to even let the owner know.that they are the friendly staff members

Christopher and his friendly team are wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable. They share freely and put you at ease. The service is great, and I have been a customer for a couple of years now. Whether you need medication advice or a pack of panadol, they look after you.
