I hate to even write this cause the guys that where working there seemed Like great guys, super friendly and knowledgeable.

But the owners need to hire a professional cleaner. The shop needs a DEEP clean it is honestly discusting. It doesn't look like the area where the customer are standing gets cleaned at all. I only took afew photo's cause I was trying to be discreet, but I could have taken 50 more of this area alone. Heaps of dead flies on the ground, mould/slim in the seals of the open fridges, it just doesnt look like anything has been wiped down or cleaned it a long time. Also the staff don't wear gloves or most places they use the plastic bag to grab the meat so their hands don't touch the meat only the bag. One of the staff was scatching his face (which happens) but then used his bare hands to serve a customer. Both staff member were use bare hands to pick up meat and sever then use the till without washing their hands once then would just serve the next customer.

Cleanliness and hygiene is a huge issue the owner should look into. I have been here lots of times over the year but never seen it this bad before.

If i could leave a -100 star, I would this is the most disgusting biltong I have ever bought. The butcher grabbed the chunks of meat with his dirty hands. I am not sure it’s beef as it tastes like what I would imagine road kill would. You can’t call this biltong it’s off cuts of who knows what thrown in sauce. DISGUSTING! OVER PRICED $125.00 per kg.

If you love jerky and biltongs, this is a must stop over as you travel along this road. The jerkys are made in house and its moist to chew easily. You can sample before purchasing and my favourites are Honey Maple, Chilli and Hickory. It is awesome that they are open till 6pm so there less run to hit the 5pm deadline of most shops in the area. Staff are friendly and always a great experience each visit.

I bought two round steaks at a cost of $35.50 and the meat was tough as old leather.
I class myself as a pretty good cook when it comes to steak so I know it wasn’t my cooking. I’ve had better from Woolworths and that’s saying something.

It's 3 strikes your out for me. Recently purchased the crumbed pork cutlet - very expensive and none of the fat was trimmed. Wagu rib fillet marble score 8/9 - cooked this MR and it was tough, not tender at all. So disappointing as this is expensive! Satay chicken skewers were horrible - marinade ok but the meat tasted like like old hen meat. Not spending any more money here.

Great service, and a big range to choose from several unique sausage flavours... Excellent prices and a huge selection of amazing BEEF JERKY..... SOOOO GOOD!!!!

Bought a piece of Rump just recently have to say it was absolutely delicious but at $32 for one piece unfortunately I wouldn't return due to the price way too expensive for our family, thought living so close it would be handy but not at those prices I'll go back to our regular butcher.
Mini chicken roasts were ok nothing to rave about
