Delightful little cafe hidden away. Great coffee made exactly as asked and had a great! chat afterwards with Leanne, who kindly showed us the development plan and explained how lots will be released. We would love to relocate to this beautiful estate in time to come

The staff and homes are gorgeous.
Except our experience with Leanne, this is more a disclaimer about her and her service. If Leanne is the agent helping you I’d suggest you ask for someone else.
Leanne interrupted a mortgage meeting (for us clients who have already deposit payed on land)
To let us know our children who were playing in the provided play are were “too disruptive to ACTUAL CLIENTS, and needed to leave”
This is after we’ve already passed our mortgage test and are securing our build, especially on one of the larger lots in the neighbourhood, I could understand if we were in an adult only community however of course children playing trucks are by no mean silent but there wasn’t screaming or yelling, I was actually in and out of the main area with an open door multiple times.
That’s how Leanne chooses to represent Brookhaven and the developer, I’m severely disappointed by her attitude. After seeing she had visibly upset us and we had to leave (luckily the other representatives have sense and we finished our meeting in the garden) Leanne did absolutely nothing to apologize for her offensive service and attitude. If we didn’t love the community and other associates I would have pulled my deposit that second.

The cafe is so fantastic!!! Great place to bring your dog and have a delicious breakfast. The mini scones are to die for and the bacon/haloumi sandwich is SO GOOD.

The staff are extremely unhelpful and judgemental.
We had quotes from our builder and had talked to 3 different brokers and a number of banks and were all so helpful but the staff here were terrible and because our builder was a family friend and the costs were way cheaper then what Brookhaven were estimating our build to be they didn’t help us at all or take anything seriously and even asked if we had signed with a dodgy builder.... how sad considering the builder has been doing his trade for over 30 years And is extremely qualified as well as my partner has worked next to him each day and is a very trustworthy man.

Having bought and built in Brookhaven we have spent quite some time in the sales centre. The staff are particularly helpful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of land and sales. The Cafe, Brookhaven Bean, next door is amazing. Had a great buying and building experience in Brookhaven and Fraser's Property behind it all do a wonderful job.
