Nice clean waiting room. It wasn't a long wait. The receptionist "Dina" was lovely & efficient as well. The other young lady was helpful when I asked for paperwork. My doctor is always great & very thorough. She also follows up issues quite quickly. I'm very pleased to be coming here. It is further from home, but the parking and the easy access to the Chemist next door is helpful. Great Job Brookside Family Clinic .

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our excellent care from this Clinic. Dr Danielle Hume is our top shelf Doctor. She is very knowledgable, thorough and very caring and we both feel very fortunate to be under her care. The nursing staff are wonderful and reception staff are courteous and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this Clinic.

Brookside family clinic has been our go to for the last few years and has been excellent after negative experiences at previous clinics.

Reception staff are always happy and very helpful. Dr Kajani looks after our family and we couldn’t be happier

Incredible staff and incredible practice! After years at other practices of rushed, flaky GPs, the experience here has blown my mind. My GP goes above and beyond; she’s caring, thorough and insightful. The admin staff are attentive and go the extra mile. Finally, the nursing staff are fabulous! I got four vaccinations in one sitting for an overseas trip and they somehow made it fun and painless. Have no intention of leaving this practice!

Loved the experience at the clinic. Very friendly girls at the front, and very lovely doctor who helped me today. I didn't feel rushed or judged but very well listened to. Will definitely come back for my regular check-ups!

I have seen the nutritionist here! She is very thorough! The young male Dr Howen is a cardiovascular specialist! You can get an appointment on the same day if you ring early enough! Wheelchair access is available! At least two receptionists operate the phones each day! They are extremely helpful & friendly!The Terry White Pharmacy is attached to the surgery so you can conveniently slide in & put in your scripts! The pharmacists are very helpful!

I would love to do a zero star but unfortunately it does not allow for that. My 101 year old Mother attended the clinic 2 weeks in a row and was told after over decade of being a bulk billed patient that she MUST pay $130 after the consult both times, neither time she was told about the fee and as you could imagine $260 over 2 weeks for a pensioner is ridiculous. Absolutely horrible service from her local doctor, will not be going back.
