We can't fault these guys , our aircon in our Sprinter packed it in ! They fitted us in and did the check to find out it needed a compressor and fan ! Once the parts arrived , they were straight onto the repair !

Absolutely Appalling Service – Avoid at All Costs!

I took my car in to have the air conditioner repaired, only to find it still not working a week later—despite being over $1,000 out of pocket.

To make matters worse, John attempted to charge me nearly $500 for a part that hadn’t even arrived. When I refused to pay for something I never received and insisted on only covering the actual work and parts provided, he became aggressive, swore at me, and outright refused to release my car.

While WA’s Repairer’s Lien law allows a mechanic to hold a vehicle until payment is made, John abused this right by trying to extort money for parts he never supplied.

His behavior didn’t stop there—he even accused me of being an illegal immigrant simply because I couldn’t provide a permanent address (I’m traveling).

His actions were appalling, unprofessional, and dishonest. The only positive was Wayne, who was at least reasonable to deal with.

Do yourself a favor—take your business elsewhere!

2 days into a 3 month trip I discovered a problem with my redarc BMS wiring in the camper trailer. I was able to book in to see the guys at RS on the way through Kalgoorlie on short notice. Steve and his team were super helpful in trouble shooting the issues and making sure everything was working and tested with my setup prior to me leaving the site. Can’t thank them enough for the thorough and professional service and highly recommend.

Disappointing to say the least. Very costly and left the cover off the fuse area and paperwork strewn through the front passenger side. Needed a recalibration of the cruise control and stereo repaired. $465 later and the stereo wasn't fixed. Plus when I rang at 4:00pm to see how it was progressing I was told it was only just being looked at. Picked up and hour and half later and was charged 3 hours labour at 150 and hour!!

Amazing service. They managed to squeeze us in and provided a fast, trustworthy and friendly service at a very reasonable cost. Despite being peak tourist season, they replaced our starter motor at almost half the cost quoted by Toyota and had us back on the road in less than 48hrs. Thankyou Luke & Wayne. Highly recommend!

Currently driving around Australia and we lost our starter motor after doing the Gibb. Wayne was able to fit us in for a replacement quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Price was very responsible as well.
I definitely recommend these guys if you’re stuck in Broome.

Arrived in Broome for a 3 day stay and had problems with my 12 pin plug (infamous pin 9). Reen were able to fit me in the next day. Excellent service, Thanks to Greg for driving me back to the caravan park and back again to pick up my car. Thanks also to Roseanna and the rest of the team. Great service highly recommended.

Rang Greg and said we needed two new deep cycle batteries for caravan, yes not a problem come over now, job was done. He also squeezed us in as well.
