Budds butcher is by far the best butcher I have ever used. The meat is 2nd to none, and Ben and his team present a large range of amazing products. Ben takes a huge pride in his work, and sources his meat from the very best suppliers - restaurant quality lamb, tasty beef and cracker pork. Plus his Xmas turkeys with no added ingredients are fabulous. And those sausages…..the best on the planet. So wrapped to have such a great local butcher.

We were fortunate to be enjoying a lunch at the Marcoola Surf Club on Sunday and purchased some raffle tickets to support the club and won 3 meat trays that were sponsored by Budd's Butchers in Coolum. A pesty Vic up on holidays and have ate out of Buds for the last 4 months. Top class fresh steak (the T Bone is to die for),lamb stuff top quality and chicken "things" are great. Pre prepared butter chicken is loaded in freezer for travels back south. Looking forward to next year.

My wife and I have just relocated to Coolum and my first test of any new butcher is to buy their basic beef and pork BBQ sausages to see if they spew fat when I cook them. This is because if you don't put the proper ingredients in simple items then how can I can trust that the eye fillet and porterhouse is any better. Thank you for the great sausages Budd's, no fat and very delicious. I'll be in during the week for the eye fillet and porterhouse.
