Tom and his team have always been consistent and have always offered their knowledge and support for my TRD Hilux. They have also gone out of their way to help me when I know they didn't have time but still did. Yes they are in business to make money but at least they do so in an old fashion honest way. Wow, can’t rate these guys highly enough. The service is beyond what you would expect, especially in the Automotive industry, to the point, very knowledgeable and available for any “dumb” query I had along the way. I installed one of their Landcruiser 100 V8 supercharger kits; it went together with the detailed instructions, and everything required was in the kit. The car started the first time and runs like a beast!
They even helped out with the QLD compliance plate.

Being an overseas customer, I was slightly apprehensive about working with a company on the other side of the globe, especially since there was little to no documentation for the specific build I was doing.

Right from the beginning, Tom was the man. He listened to what I needed and instead of making me purchase stuff I didn't need, he helped me get together a package with the components I needed for my specific build.

Then, when I ran into snags OVER A YEAR LATER into my build, I sent Tom an email as a 'Hail Mary' and he replied within a few hours. Fantastic customer service, I hope they expand their inventory to include adapters for other superchargers.

Tom and his excellent team at Bullet Cars assisted me with a supercharger checkover and service, pulley upgrade and ECU re-map for my 2002 MB SLK32 AMG. Work included diagnosing and resolving an intercooler/MAF issue that was causing the kompressor to intermittently cut out. Not a job most workshops would want to take on, but Bullet were fantastic and my 350+hp roadster has never run better! Tom’s advice was spot-on and his mechanical team very professional. I was impressed by Bullet’s honesty and patience in diagnosing an intermittent mechanical issue and their fairness in quoting and pricing the successful resolution that they recommended. If you have a supercharger or want one, I have no hesitation recommending Bullet Cars.

Just had a one off kit developed and fit at bullet- Harrop TVS2650 on to small block windsor. Awsome quality. Other big name shops in Brisbane would not have a go as nothing was off the shelf. If you want it done write the first time go here. If you want cheap go to ebay Ill be happy to laugh at you when yours brakes at the track.

Could not be happier. Bloody awesome team, super helpful. I had my transmission upgrade included in my quote, all I had to do was drop my car off for the day and disappear for a few hours. Iv now installed the supercharger and love the way the cruiser drives. Cheers guys.
