01/03/25 - Purchased five of there top quality scotch fillet steaks they had to offer that cost $105.56, now I'm no amateur at cooking steak at all so I slow cooked them to absolute perfection even used a temperature probe to make sure they were perfect medium. However the quality of beef was absolutely terrible the meat was like trying to chew on a rubber and had no flavour, too say I'm very disappointed is the least of it the scotch fillet was inedible couldn't even cut it with a proper steak knife. VERY VERY disappointing!!!

Terrible service and staff that do not care for the customer. I asked for 500g of Pork Mince and the arrogant staff member out back refused to mince any pork what so ever. In what world can a fully stocked and modern butcher NOT service simple pork mince at 9:30am.

Don't waste your time here - go to Barbaro’s in Greenwood who actually run a true local business that care.

I went today (Sat) . Staff are very young with no customer service skills and mumble. No price on chicken Kiev or roll ups - when I enquired how much they would cost each they were unable to tell me except it could be this much or it could be that much when I replied. What could you tell me the exact price? They looked at each other and then had to go out the back and see.. It seemed to be a great imposition for them. Please train your staff in customer service As I will now travel further to Woodvale, even though I live in Kingsley as this is not the first time that this has happened.

Love this place. The quality is fantastic, meat is always great. Always come here for my weekly meat stock up; staff are always so friendly & pleasant too. Kingsley BB is much better than the mindarie from experience.

First time visiting and extremely impressed. It's hard to find a butcher that has the perfect sausages, not just plain but a variety of other flavours.. We found them here! Gluten friendly as well! 🙌
