Initially, I didn’t receive the right guidance when choosing a door, which led to some issues with the installation receipt too. However, after I left a message, Jhanelle reached out to me and was able to resolve the problem. She ensured that the door was delivered based on our phone conversations. I’ll be scheduling the installer soon to put the door in place. Great job!

We visited this very large store to buy garden gnomes, which were in stock. They have hardware, storage, electrical, plumbing, garden furniture, gardening items, flowering plants and lots more. A good place to find everyday things for DIY.

Firstly, the guy at the front of the store didn’t know where the item was that I was seeking. He said it was ‘about aisle 48-50’ but it wasn’t there. Why did Bunnings remove the function from their website that used to tell you the location of items in store? it used to make things much easier. Now. Some poor bloke at the front is meant to know the location of every item off the top of his head?

Went to grab some batteries instead - no self serve checkouts open, and when I went to the information counter to pay I got sent to the tool shop instead. In the end I just left.

Why wouldn’t you have your self serve checkouts open for people to use? Or why not just serve the customer instead of sending them away somewhere else? A very average shopping experience

I am disappointed by staff inconsistent knowledge and rules about power pass. I wish there was some form of consistency. One allowed me to use digital card to make the purchase. I did not want to use it as I had previous experience where I was not allowed. But staff said I could. But unfortunately when I had to return the product, another staff said I can't get a refund or exchange without a physical card or the app. I explained that I was allowed to use the digital card when purchasing. so what is right! So much time wasted.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Bunnings this morning. When it was my turn to check out, the cashier ignored me and left me standing awkwardly to the side. At first, I thought there might be some kind of emergency, but she just pretended to be busy looking through returns — but didn't actually do anything. It felt as if she was stalling, and there was no explanation or communication from her whatsoever. The whole interaction was incredibly uncomfortable and rude. I don't know if this is how all customers are treated, or if it was specifically because I'm Asian. Either way, this lack of professionalism and courtesy was really disappointing.
