The toilets are a disgrace. Seriously Bunning, you could do better. If you value your clients then surely your toilet facilities should reflect that.

Great staff..which is probably what saves it as quality of products aren't up to long term scratch anymore and you can ask anyone...life time exchange doesn't help if the gear lasts 3 months..who wants it again.

Don't bother trying to special order anything here. I live an hour away and need a specific Ozito tool that they don't stock in store .... even though they have the whole Ozito range and other Bunnings' have this tool, they do not ... I don't want to drive an hour each way just to walk in and order it, then have to do it again to collect it. I called, spoke to the store recieption or what ever and they put me through to special orders .... on hold for 10 minutes with no one picking up ... call returns to reception and they ask if i want to keep holding or have them call me back ... i say i'll keep holding ... another 5 minutes or so still no one picking up, returns to reception, this time I say I'll leave my number for someone to call me back .... been over a day, still no one has called me back ... So I will refuse to use this Bunnings from now on, i'll go to another one...

Also, I don't know why it's not possible to order stock to store online without having to walk in, what a pain in the ass. Other business's offer this .... or better yet, why not have an actual range .... 3 Bunnings' in Townsville, and none of them have the full Ozito range!

Worst Bunnings experience ever. The trade guys were terribly unhelpful and toxic to deal with. Just shut the doors if you don’t want to be helpful or do nothing but to go beyond to be make it completely horrible?
Been there many times before and had good experiences, I can’t believe today.

The staff always try their best to satisfy your requests and find whatever it is you're looking for. There will be times that there's no stock of particular items or the team member doesn't know where the product is that you're looking for. That's life, get over it. I've only had peasant experiences at this store.

Big shout out to Paddy who saw me with a full trolley headed towards the car, he came straight over and loaded the lot!! His help was very much appreciated
