I was at Bunnings Gladstone last Tuesday to purchase a specific brand/ model hand shower. Despite Bunnings website listed the product as available/ in stock, but could not be found in the shelves. However, one female staff was very helpful in locating the item (from somewhere else) although it took 10-15 minutes.

Shout out to Pete (I hope I remembered name correctly) from Special Orders for her awesome customer service on Saturday when I collected my special delivery. Also a shout out to the lady I spoke to on Friday from Special Orders as well. Sorry I didn't get your name. These 2 lovely lady's are a blessing to your store. An absolute pleasure to deal with. It's not often these days you get the kind of service they provided me with. Well done ladies.

We recently bought a house with a new dishwasher that broke on it's second use. We were assisted by Kim and Grace and received a store credit. Kim was very understanding and easy to deal with. Thank you Kim for assisting to resolve the issue.

Gladstone bumnings, apart from a lovely helpful girl at the paint desk, is a shocking place to try to buy hardware. I asked 7 different people for help. None given. Rude, couldn't care less staff. Not at all the same as every other bunnings I've ever been to

Bought Rusticated Weatherboard from Bunnings Gladstone, tried to order the joining strips, said no stock, called Special orders and the person who spoke to (Kristy)me could not care less, when I asked if she could find out when they will be back in stock, she said no, said to me if I go to the Supermarket and there is no stock, there is no stock! I am now sitting with $4000 worth of weatherboard I cannot fit! Go to your local hardware store like Busteeds, at least they care?

Note Called Busteeds, who made the effort to call the supplier, who had plenty in stock(and had Kristy as their contact at Bunnings) They ordered it for me immediately and will probably have the joiners on Thursday!

Spent a hour on the phone trying to get in contact with someone at the trade desk explaining everything again and again to get told I will send you through to the trade centre. Kept getting sent back to the tool centre, and listening to the repeating message on the call waiting saying how they don’t tolerate abusive aggressive or threatening behaviour which only made me more annoyed. How else is someone going to be after a hour of being on hold. It would take someone 2mins to help and there is no one at Gladstone Bunnings with 2 mins to spare. Ended up hanging up. It’s amazing you need to tolerate everyone’s else’s incompetence and smile and be happy but they don’t have to accommodate you by doing their job.
