I have heard it’s the biggest Bunnings store in Australia! Has a huge range of items. I use the Bunnings phone app to find items if staff are not available. Staff are helpful when asked - I have shopped there a number of times for home, garden and storage supplies. Lots of parking, toilet, cafe and kids play area available. Accessible parking.

Massive, spacious Bunnings with helpful staff. The website/app is helpful for finding things without having to wander for an hour looking.
The main letdown is the fact that you can't use gift cards when ordering online, which is frustrating for those of us with physical disabilities and mobility issues who prefer click and collect. Not everything is available using click and collect either, which I understand due to size restraints, but an option for heavier things like potting mix bags would be much appreciated for those of us who struggle with lifting, and pushing heavy trolleys. I can order a 20kg bag of rocks click and collect, but not a 20kg bag of potting mix. I have no idea why.

Where your time is worth very little. Can’t find an item? Ask a staff member ( if you can find one ) and get berated as it’s not with all the others on display, but hidden behind a padlock, ( but dont tell the customer ). Get berated again for disturbing them to find a key. Wait while they struggle to open a padlock and require assistance to slide the security screen. Then get told to wait while they continue to serve a line that wasn’t there when you asked for the item. My fault for being patient, next time Tool Mart.

Kitchens - Shelby. I can’t believe how fast Shelby helped me from start to finish with choosing my kitchen benches and laundry and bathroom benches also. Shelby has an amazing attitude, and her product knowledge was first class. Thanks Shelby 😊👍

Bunnings’s stock control is lazy and inefficient. I’ve tried a number of times to either order online or go into the store to buy a product off the shelf. When I order online the order is accepted but I then get an email saying that they have run out. Obviously the stock level shows they have it at the time of ordering but when they manually check there is none. Similar issues in store - product has run out so I go back a few weeks later and the shelf is still empty. When I go to the sales counter they will often say “it says we have 10 in stock”. And that’s the problem. Stock levels are erroneously reported as being positive but no one is either willing or able to manually correct the stock level to trigger reordering. This has happened with everything from decking clips to axes to leaf blowers. This is pretty much symptomatic of Bunnings where staff quality is highly variable - some are good but I often find staff trying to think of a reason why they can’t help. And don’t get me started on the special orders staffing - most customers work and can only get to special orders in the evening - which is exactly when Bunnings don’t staff it. Absolutely nonsense.

I went in for a short fix on my kitchen sink. I know absolutely nothing about plumbing. A wonderful bunnings lady named DI helped me after showing the photos of my existing sink. She helped me guessing what size a standard connection might be and what parts I might need. She even wrote all the part number in a note to help me during the billing. Absolutely loved the experience. Thanks to her and her patience to support the customers.

Tons and tons of dogs peeing on the floor along with their insecure validation seeking owners. It's like a dog kennel. Discusting!

Further, this location does not stick to their 4 hours Click and collect policy. On hold for 2x lots of 10 minutes on the phone only to find out order will be ready sometime tomorrow (appx 36 hours!) Do not use Click and Collect for a weekend project! Admin does not attend phone and back of house order preparers have very poor attitudes. This is not the Bunnings I know.

Eight meters long, the need was clear, not shy.
