One of the best Bunnings stores that I've been to. Ladies at the cafe were great and the food was very tasty. Would definitely get lost and never find anything without the Bunnings app. Was able to track down most of the stuff I needed and some stuff I didn't. 😁😁😁 Checkout lady was awesome and very helpful.

Bunnings never disappoints! The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any project. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find whatever you need, whether it’s tools, garden supplies, or home improvement items. I’ve been able to tackle so many projects thanks to their great range of products and advice. Plus, their click-and-collect service is super convenient. A fantastic shopping experience every time!

Corrie was absolutely brilliant and assisted us with our home security system purchase. He was knowledgeable and helpful and answered our questions with confidence. He is an asset to Bunnings. We always find all the staff so lovely and polite but he went out of his way to provide us with the info on accessing the system, internet and stand alone recording, how to change the batteries with demostration on how to recharge, etc. We wanted to get a cost effective system for our humble home but it still needed to meet our requirements. Real help at large stores is sometimes difficult to obtain so we were grateful and wanted to post the review in appreciation. Thanks Corrie and Bunnings North Toowoomba.

The store is only approx four years old and in a good location with lots of parking. A very large, well stocked branch with staff happy to advise on how the many products available can assist in any projects we might have in business or at home. The staff are always undergoing training to improve their knowledge and service expertise to the public.

Absolutely best Bunnings outside Brisbane.

I Live nearer Warwick but bypass it for an extra 2hr round trip.

Heaps bigger range for building , great clearance items, and staff are amazing, haven't had a bad experience here.

Whereas at Warwick, the range they do have is often out of stock , sent my Mrs there to get stuff that was in stock on website , but they couldn't find it ?

Go to Toowoomba, no issues ever !!!

What can I say? It is a full-size Bunnings store with its massive product range. There’s some really helpful staff and some who are more indifferent. AND the sausage sizzle is on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

I have often heard people complain about the quality and prices at Bunnings in general, but I’d say you’ll rarely do any better than their price points. In one instance where I knew their price was higher than a competitor’s and I could prove it, they happily honoured their “beat it by 10%” promise. So if you want to Google the exact item, you can’t go wrong. Plus there is the convenience. There is a lot of value in that. What is even more convenient, if you’re not in a rush, is to check with Amazon, etc. There have been times when I have been able to get the same thing home delivered at a cheaper price.

It’s mediocre quality because it is aimed at DIY home maintenance, etc. If you want top of the range bathroom fittings, etc, then you go to a specialist shop in person or online.

That’s what I do for my garden irrigation and chemical needs, because I have a lot of lawn and garden to develop and maintain. What Bunnings offers is fine for small, simple suburban yards, but if I want golf course quality products that will perform better and last longer, then I need to go to a specialist supplier and pay more, which I am prepared and happy to do.

For what it has to offer, I think Bunnings is great. (What did we do before it?)

Pretty good service, some staff members can be very short , overall very helpful.
