I enjoyed my deluxe Broadway burger meal tonight!
- The portion size was excellent
- The fries are well cooked and seasoned
- The atmosphere was calm, relaxed, and NO LOUD MUSIC!
- The service was efficient

My only suggestions are as follows
- provide sauce options automatically with nuggets purchase
- The promo signup process should require less hassle.

I had to go to a website, download the app, and then sign up.
This is minor. It had no impact on my opinion of the food or the establishment.

Have ordered from this place many many times and never had any issues, food was decent but not amazing. I ordered my usual manhattan burger with chips and a shake at around 8pm (was the only thing I had that day) and was throwing up into the toilet by 3am plus not being able to eat for days and feeling horrible in the stomach, can almost say for certain I got food poisoning from this place. Train your staff better please!!

Takeaway order review:

Extremely delicious burgers and at a decent price. I tried the “Famous” beef burger which is definitely a must try - as the business suggests! Delicious sauce, meat tastes homemade and the other ingredients were stacked really well. Chips were also cooked perfectly.

Staff were also very friendly. Would recommend to anyone to give them a try if you’re in the area.

I recently ordered some food from Burgers on Broadway Summer Hill through Uber Eats and had an issue with the delivery driver who said he delivered the food, but never did and drove off with the order. I was very frustrated so I called the store immediately and the staff were very concerned with what happened to our order from the delivery driver. The staff got straight onto Uber over the phone and reported the delivery driver for theft and also made a fresh order for us as we were out of pocket with no food. The staff were very helpful and made sure that we as their customers were looked after despite Uber not being able to assist through the Uber Eats app. The food was great and despite this delivery issue, we will be back for another order very soon to support a business that has provided great customer service. Thank you

No service, when I was finally served the incredibly dull and rude staff member attempted to overcharge me, when I asked for it to be corrected, there was no apology, no response. I couldn’t imagine possibly wanting to hand over my money to such an unprofessional business.
