So so thankful i’m here now! Kiyah and Bianca are absolute angels. I hated having strictly phone appointments with past providers so being able to have such helpful, friendly people close to home is amazing. I love being able to book appointments in person and actually get my problems sorted out rather than talking to a robot on the phone! I would just like to quickly shout out Kiyah, Nina and Bianca for such excellent work they did for me in finding me a job.

Thi kept me waiting for my appointment for more than 20 minutes, didn’t even apologise and scolded me for not getting my homework done when my only chance to get it done was right before the appointment and I would have gotten it done if I knew I was going to have to wait that long. Very rude and impolite

Been trying to call all morning the phone is switched off! Rang the 1800 number twice for a call back , still waiting. Couldn’t attend my appointment that’s why I’m trying to contact you . No doubt my payments will be suspended.
