Pulled in for fuel, noticed caravan plug had popped out and dragged along the road disintegrating. Fantastic service had the right plug and tradesman to fix me up and get me back on the road. Thanks again for your great service and reasonable price.

Thank goodness for Butters Warehouse! After getting short shrift from the Dalby RACQ breakdown service, I followed the recommendation of a Dalby local and went to Butters Warehouse. The premises don’t look much from the outside but they provide a great service and do not overcharge. Jim had most of the spares that were needed and then chased down the rest to get me back on the road in less than a day. ? for Butters Warehouse Dalby.

Would give 6 stars if I could, long way from home and needed a small section of pipe, city slicker exhaust shops would not waste there time with you for such a small sale!
These blokes were fantastic, even lent me a drill and screws to do the job with, there is a lot of bushiness out there that could learn a thing or 2 about SERVICE from this lot.

Great but if you ring and a woman answers ,hang up and ring back. She didn't know anything about the product but wanted me to explain everything to her. If she'd put me through to the warehouse if could've been sorted out in two seconds.
So I hung up.
Drove to there, spoke to someone who knew the product and walked out with it in two minutes.

If you want it they have it. Tools to lawn mowers and chainsaws. Padlocks to toolboxes. Bench top vices to ammunition. They have the lot, even a couple of fuel bowsers and trailer rental I believe. Take your credit card, cause Butters will have something you want, even if you didn't want it, you'll decide you need it after you see their prices. 11/10

20 minutes after calling to say i had problem with my Spitwater, I had a team member in my workshop fixing it..within 40 mins it was up and running again....what great service !!!
