Great bunch of locals, always knowledgeable about your needs no matter how weird they are. With my different projects for home and work the guys have the tools or fittings I’ve needed; only 1 occasion I managed to stump them however they quickly offered a local suggestion that was spot on.

A number of times now I have called about specific steel for a job and be told it is in stock. On arrival find out that they actually don't have it.
This morning was the straw that broke the camels back. On calling this morning and asking if they stock Speedglass accessories I was told only the lenses. This was fine as that was what I was after. Upon arrival at the store and not being able to find them a store assistant told me they only stock Uni-mig but some other generic ones may fit. Of course they didn't an not even an apology! Completely stuffed my job up for the weekend.
Never again will I shop at Buttsworth not happy

A real one stop shop for all steel, stainless and aluminium supplies. Then there's the industrial supplies department where there really isn't much you can't buy, from fastners to cutting and milling tools and electric tools. A family owned business I have shopped with for nearly 30 years.
