Very impressive chopped pig heads into half which are hard to be found elsewhere. Lots of pork selections. Many different cuts. Some specific items are cheaper than supermarkets. Prices are unbelievably low, like back to days in 2008. Crashed the cost of living pressure.

Went into the butcher shop to see if I could buy some curing mix off them as I’m making some bacon and these absolute legends sold me half of a giant bag for $15 even after I lost the mandatory rock paper scissors game and should have actually paid $20 for it. great meat great people and they obviously have mastered the craft of not only butchery but also serving their community.
