A great team of hard working professionals, from communication to providing quality experienced contractors. Management Euan namely is arrogant and doesn't care about clients or cleaners. Is a liar. Some of the cleaners I have had through them have no idea. Don't empty bins in toilet or bathroom don't replace empty toilet rolls don't pick up mats, shake them keep off floor until finished. They just use the vacuum into the mat and push the mat around into a ball. Then same with steam mop. They don't put mats back on floors when finished. They have even sent cleaners who are NOT pet friendly and this house is as much theirs as it is ours. The have been told from the get go about the pets. They rarely communicate and let you know there will be no cleaner that day or week. Corina the supervisor is great to deal with. She is understanding. Some of the cleaners take one hour just to make a double bed!! Some can't even make the bed properly. One cleaner even broke our new vacuum cleaner!! I could go on about all the things wrong bit takes too long. Would never recommend them
