I believe that they installed a second hand air-conditioning system barely blows on full. Tried multiple times to contact them about it. Also they against my wishes placed it faceting in my backdoor so it blows hot air inside. Wouldn't answer after installation and that was thier sell point that they'd do the maintenance. Where they placed it is far from a proffesional job. Plus just ignoring me since. Sent many emails wanting it moved and checked out. My mother has a small one that blows colder air .

Don't bother trying to book an appointment. After we purchased an air conditioner in December and were recommended to these guys, we contacted them via phone. A lady took a message and said they'd get back with an appointment. Weeks passed and we contacted them via their website. Weeks passed again and I contacted their Facebook to check that they are still an active business. Loretta replied and reassured me that they're active and will contact me for an appointment ASAP. It is now the end of March and our air conditioner has thankfully been installed by a superior business who responds to their customers.

Had a young guy come out to "diagnose" an issue. Didn't actually do anything, no tools, didn't look at the ac unit at all. 5 weeks pass before i hear anything back and it was only after i contacted them first, told something along the lines of an invoice/quote will be sent through shortly. Another 2 weeks pass and im sick of waiting on them so solve the problem myself. Finally 7+ weeks after their initial visit i get an invoice for their time to come "investigate and diagnose the problem". Would not recommend this business in the slightest! No communication or follow up then expect money for not doing a single thing.

Disappointed that they didn't call back after me ringing them twice to get a quote. Twice this happened so I ended up going with another company. "Not good business etiquette". Won't be recommending.
