Come in most weekday mornings and Sundays on my way to work to get my usual green V. They are always stocked and the ladies behind the counter are always happy, helpful and ask how my day is looking. Also, the best bacon and cheese crumbed sausages. Good work team!

They would not honour the 8cents off a litre on Premium 98 for RACQ members. Counter staff tonight said the station have new owners from a month ago so no longer have the 8c discount if filling with premium 98 but still able to get 4cents off a litre for RACQ members (which makes no sense) and rudely told me I should have checked before filling up. I tried explaining to him I didnt need to check as I got the 8c discount when I filled up at this service station only 16 days ago and website still states that they are a participating service station. It doesn't make sense that you would still get the normal 4c off with scanning RACQ members card but not get the promoted 8c if using premium 98. I would have filled up elsewhere if that was the case!

If it still states on the website that you are a participating service station and have signs plastered at the pump and inside your store that you are a participating service station and I have received the discount there just over 2 weeks ago, you would think that I wouldn't have to park up my car and walk inside during a storm I will add to ask if you are still a participating station before filling up. Your response of "the station was sold a month ago and that you no longer need to wear your badge with your name and Caltex on it" means absolutely nothing to me. How the hell are customers supposed to know that it was sold a month ago? And since when was it a obvious sign that you are no longer a Caltex service station if staff are not wearing a name badge but wearing the uniform and big bright sign out the front says Caltex

I only like this store because of the cheap fuel but every second time I come here I have to prepay and every other time I don’t it’s really annoying and inconvenient

It said open 24 hours on Google and the sign was still on at 10:30pm, but when I drove in and parked, the staff just announced they were closed and shut down all the stations immediately.

Useless! Rude/arrogant staff! Caltex should never of taken over this servo and lost the majority of the staff it had.
Use to be the go to place for fuel, convenience and the operators always had good customer service during the day. The other servos around are better all round to go to!

The young girl with glasses is beyond rude and condescending. I get that some people only have their job as their worth but everyone else here has been so nice in comparison. I would absolutely go to Ampol down the road… their staff always go above and beyond.
