Part 1 - We did a family plus friends tour with Sunseeker reef tour. Lots of picture were captured by us on our own go pro but we decided to choose their package($135) for airdrop of all our pictures. This was done after discussing with one of the photography staff and we told her, two of us adults who wanted to buy it and two of my kids, were spread across multiple photos that had other people in our group in them, but they didn’t want to buy anything . We were advised to choose the above package by the staff. When we went to collect, we were first advised to come back as some postures had other people in the photos. When speaking to another staff, asking why were we informed otherwise, this Taff got really rude. Said we lied to her, and we were a group of 8(which we told the other photography staff when buying) and that we needed to pay more ($80). Our friends weren’t keen on buying pictures and given that my kids were in all selected photos, I explained this to her, to which, this staff Charlotte said,”I don’t care if your friend want it or not, you have to pay extra. She got extremely rude when asked her to speak with a manager, and when I said we much rather take a refund. Refused the refund. Refused to give pictures already paid for and very aggressively told me to go complain to anyone I wanted to.

And To Calypso, get rid of this staff who does not know how to speak to a customer. Pretty sure she mouthed off something quite nasty when I walked away. Your photographers otherwise are decent

Part 2 - Phoebe was extremely polite at the shop when I reached out to her to and she promptly resolved out issues. Excellent service and the reviews are all thanks to her. Would’ve been 1 star if it was left to Charlotte.

Sell overpriced accessories at their shop front. Items that are $10 more expensive than the ‘reef memories’ shop next door. Asked them to refund the product (unopened) in order to purchase the same cheaper item next door but was told that they weren’t able to because the manager wasn’t there. Did not have the time to argue the point as about to depart on boat. It was only $10 but in this financial climate, it is these businesses taking the Mickey and contributing to the rise of inflation. Complaint made to ACCC.

Stuart is amazing and was very gracious in helping me rent a nice rig to use for Fitzroy Island and a live aboard trip in May 2019- very patient and helpful indeed. I look forward to returning this year at the same time! Great Service. I highly recommend this shop.

Our camera renting experience went really well. We were at the door of the shop before it even opened to collect our rented equipment. The equipment was in very good condition and the box where it comes contains all sort of stuff to be used during your snorkling or diving tour (if you go for that). We got some amazing photos and videos from the underwater life.
The lady that was running the shop was really patience with us after we got back and helped us get the media from the SD card which we took with us. Definitely recommend if you are going on one of snorkeling tours and want to have some footage.

Very disappointed with their photo services on our sun lover cruise to Moore Reef. There is no flexibility with adjusting photo inclusions in their packages when a 4 people inclusion is within the package when none of the children was part of the photos because they were simply too busy to serve 300 other customers. A more than fair request to add 4-5 photos of one additional adult to make up the package we are still requested to pay extra more money for not so great photos.
Would not recommend their service and would not use again.

Rented a GoPro hero 9 for our day on the reef snorkeling/diving. The process was easy, smooth and stress free.
Calypso was professional / helpful. We thought we had lost our video footage on our SD card but it was just a technical difficulty on our part (oops). The lady in the shop helped us solve the issue in a matter of seconds - what a relief! Would definitely recommend.
