We recently purchased a new bike for our toddler from Camden Cycles and the gents were great. Picky toddler wanted a certain colour helmet to match his bike but they gently and easily persuaded him into one they had on hand. (Phew!) Getting down on his level and chatting to him like a buddy. Very patient and knowledgeable and my son thought they were legends. Great service and maintenance options and we will be back for adult bikes soon. Thanks guys!

got a bike for my 4 year old today and had such a great experience. matt and the team were amazing from the moment we walked in – super friendly, patient, and clearly knew their stuff. they helped us pick out the perfect size bike, made sure the helmet fit safely, and even let our little one test it out inside the store. the bike itself is solid quality and looks awesome – our son was over the moon. can’t thank them enough for making it such a smooth and fun experience. if you’re looking for a first bike and want genuine, helpful service, this is the place to go. definitely a 5 star team.

Visited on a Thursday afternoon, one staff member and a busy showroom. He was triaging well and managing all the customers. Taking the time and helping me purchase a kids first bike which will give us many years of good use.

Highly recommend. Great service and the guys are very knowledgeable. Before purchasing I was able to test ride the bike. They listened to what I wanted from the bike and then recommended one to suit me. Reasonably priced to suit my budget was also a factor in purchasing from Camden Cycles.
