Mikaela was excellent. She helped me with a product that I hadn’t even bought in the shop. Highly recommended and unbelievably good service. I was in the Helensvale shop for passport photos - very quick, good quality and well priced- and asked random questions about drones. One of the young experts gave an instore flight demo of the DJI neo. I was impressed with both the drone and the knowledgeable service. I pondered for a few days and called up re delivery. Chis promised same day dispatch so i paid on line. Shortly after i had a phone call (oh oh i thought, but wrongly) from one of the staff, Chris, who said he could hand deliver. He did and it was in my hand and ready to fly within an hour of payment. THANKYOU!

Been looking everywhere, even online for a cheaper original battery for our camera and we found one in here. The holster bag we got was perfect for what we needed. Just right for our camera and we got it at a discount.

Completely ignored for several minutes by a staff member sitting with their back to me, although they knew I was there. They then served another customer. When I told the other staff member as I was leaving she tried to argue with me that they ignore customers who don't come up to the side of the counter they're on - instead of simply turning to me and saying I can serve you here. It's definitely NOT the customer's job to guess where to stand and it IS the employee's job to acknowledge customers when they are sitting doing nothing.
