I rang and was looking for a FujiFilm X100VI Silver camera, which no-one seems to have in stock, even Fuji store in Sydney. They had one. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the telephone, very professional and helpful. When I went into the store, I met Cameron who was also so helpful. I am looking to buy some Canon bodies and L series lenses and will definitely be going back to this store to buy directly as it's rare to find such quality customer service, and so friendly. I had a great experience with Camera House Hornsby. They provided us service to take photos for visa and citizenship appliations on a couple of occassions. Simply the best camera store I have been to. Everyone in the team (Zach, Gareth, Carly, Jess, Cam and Mauricio) is so down to earth and always happy to help out and chat. Had to return a faulty an item that was brought at another camera house store. The manager Gareth said he had to go on lunch break when we arrived. Proceed to wait and watch him eat his lunch. Then was told that this store won't adhere to the refund policy. I then had go contact brisbane store, who sorted it out on my behalf. Do yourself a favor avoid this store.
