The guys are 1st class and very knowledgeable in photography have great customer service and actually care about their customers and what our needs are and what they can offer us to meet that need within a budget. I recommend them and CH highly.

After ringing the store about firmware updates for two Tamron lenses which I believed were needed to work with a Canon R6 Mk2. I took them in and left them with the salesman who does firmware updates all the time, apparently. When we came back to the store he said there is no firmware updates for the lenses and they work fine with the camera. After trying the lenses on the camera (but not being allowed to take a shot) they seemed to work. After spending $3100 in cash and some trade ins, I purchased my new camera and lens adapter. After getting them home I realized something was wrong with the combination. I found online and after also ringing Tamron head office, both lenses do need firmware updates to work properly with the camera. I rang the store the salesperson didn't want to know and didn't care and said well send them off to get fixed. So another $200 to send them to Western Australia out of my pocket. Thanks a lot Camera House Loganholme.

Not all heroes wear capes 😉 I was at camera house Loganholme today desperatly seeking help with printing new passport photos on short notice due to a mistake in my initial application process and the fantastic gentleman who served me went absolutly above and beyond to help me out quickly and efficiently. He could tell I was a bit frazzled and not having the best of mornings thus far and in response was an absolute calm and knowledgeable saviour. I didn't catch his name in my internal chaos but I am so very grateful for his professional, fast and excellent quality service. I couldnt have sucessfully lodged my applications at my appointment today without him. Thankyou so very much Sir.

Had a Bluetooth remote camera shutter from a million years ago that wouldn’t connect to my phone and these guys went above and beyond to try and get it working. In the end it didn’t work, but they happily looked up some cheaper options for me.
They had great senses of humour and fantastic customer service!!! So whoever the two staff that were working on Tuesday 06/02/2024 … thanks for being so awesome!!! 🤩

Found this store while searching for Fujifilm Cameras so I went instore to try and purchase the XT-5 or XH-2 however I ended up spending 30 minutes waiting for help while the employee chatted to another person. When they finally noticed me and I asked about Fujifilm Cameras, they said No we dont have Fuji. When I checked online, I did see that they do infact have Fujifilm Cameras and the XT-5 and XH-2 specifically, so idk why I was told they don't have them when they do? On top of this, I was offered no help after that interaction in regards to ordering one or even if another store may have one.
I went to Ted's Cameras and they had everything...

The team at Camera House are fantastic. We came in with a vintage camera as we’re having issues loading film. They didn’t hesitate to clean the lens, explain how to correct the issue and developed a roll of film in 1 day! Customer Service was second to none, highly recommend speaking to the team for all your camera or photography needs.
