I had 5 star service today from Sharon. She welcomed me with a smile the moment I walked through the door. She was patient with me and assisted with all my requests to try on different sizes and then the same outfit over and over again until I knew what I wanted to purchase. I went in for one item and walked out 2K later with 4 pieces. Customer service at it’s best. Sharon, you are an angel x

My Mother went into Camilla Claremont Quarter on Thursday 15 August to buy something for my sisters wedding . She was totally ignored and not acknowledged at all !!! The staff were too busy taking to each other !!! Not good enough !! She will never go back !!

3 orders I have placed online have had disapointing shopping experience.
1. Order went MIA, I contacted customer support and received a AI response. I found the parcel at my local post office and had received no notifications from AUS Post or Camilla. No riembursement was offered
2. Order sat at Botany shipping facility for four weeks. Camilla did not update me with any information. I assume they have a sub par postal service partner to reduce costs. My feedback is to invest in a premium shipping partner that aligns with the Luxurious image presented online.
3. Order missing very disapointing online shopping experience. Do not order online for Camilla. If you do, follow the shipping tracker and update Camilla customer care weekly chase them up or your item will not arrive

The ladies at the Camilla Claremont store are always very friendly, attentive, service orientated and nothing is too much trouble for them.
