This is a tiny 1 person operation - it might take some time - show some patience, a little less self-indulgence and appreciate the service being provided. They is no option to make an appointment so if you feel your time is more valuable then anyone else's get there at 7:30 am.

I’ve been here three time’s now and the single staff member here is in a permanent go-slow mode, with no sense of urgency and happy to chat unnecessarily with customers when people have been waiting 40 minutes or more. Come only if you want to sit in a waiting room and watch the painfully slow show.

Two weeks in a row I have had to get testing both in very sick conditions. Wait times are in excess of 1.5 hours with only 1 staff member on at a time. I had a very high temperature, chills and could barely walk so asked if I could lay down on one of the spare beds while I waited for the next hour and I was very rudely told no.

The guy at the reception Ryan he was so rude and was not listening and keeps on doing arguments. Very bad customer service received from him. He was such a hopeless person to answer the query not sure why they are keeping untrained peoples in this kind of critical place where sick customers are visiting.

Staff very nice especially considering the rude arrogant people they have deal with that I've witnessed walk in the door. Everyone is sick that goes in there. You are know more important than anyone else.

One time I went there to do ACTH and cortisol blood test
was told there’s no equipment and I need to go to other centre (Queanbeyan)
When I got to qbn it’s past 9am so I cannot do cortisol test anymore (it has to be done between 8-9am)
The qbn staff said the person In jerra did not know the procedure; wouldn’t be not having the equipment
I had to come back on the other day
shocking to know people didn’t know what to do

Never got my results back. When I went there to get it, the lady stabbed me 5 times in the right arm and another 3 times in the left before she managed to take my blood.
