Castphone - Carindale charged me $250 to repair my iPad, but it didn’t work when I returned it home. When I took it back to them, they asked for more money to fix it again. This is very frustrating.

I wanted a screen protector for a old Android tablet I bought second hand. Even though they didn't have any for the model of my tablet in store Cassandra kindly ordered me one and installed it on my tablet in store, very happy and hassle free!!!

I brought my iPhone in for a repair after the front and back cameras and flash stopped working after a battery replacement at another repair store a few stores away.

Not only did June figure out what could have caused the cameras and flash to stop working (the cables were damaged), but she got it fixed and working within a couple of hours.

We initially thought we needed to change both the front and back cameras, but after June replaced the back camera, and both the cameras worked, she told me about it and we didn't have to make the unnecessary replacement of the front camera. The flash also worked after replacing the back camera.

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Tops for technical knowledge, proficiency, customer service, and friendliness! I would highly recommend Casphone at Carindale for your iPhone repair needs!

Alice was hyper focused on finding a solution to fixing an uncommon issue with my mobile phone.
I had tried a different phone repair store but they could not resolve the issue, saying that it was a hardware issue and that couldn’t be fixed.

Alice found the simplest solution and fixed it instantly.

I appreciated that she explained everything she was doing on my phone and I got good advice on keeping the phone in optimal condition.

I spent almost $600 on an iPhone 11 Pro repair. When I took it to them, they said it would be $150. Next I get a text saying it's ready for $568. They said they had to send it away, but failed to ask me if they should. I paid and a day later the phone blipped out again. They tweaked something and it came back to life... for 7 days. Took the phone back and they told me to go away, they were done with my phone. So I had to buy a new phone and if I need a repair... it won't be with Casphone, in or out of Carindale.
